In short
What is email marketing and automation?
Email marketing is sending planned, permission-based emails to your contacts to build relationships and drive sales. Email automation sends those messages automatically when someone takes an action — signs up, downloads a guide, books a call or goes quiet — so every contact gets timely, relevant follow-up without manual work.
Leads that go cold
Most enquiries aren’t ready to buy today. Without follow-up they forget you. Automated nurture keeps you in mind until they are.
One email for everyone
Sending the same message to the whole list lowers opens and raises unsubscribes. Segmentation fixes both.
Landing in spam
Poor sender setup hurts delivery. We check SPF, DKIM, DMARC and list hygiene before you send.

FAQ
Email marketing FAQs
Which email platforms do you work with?
We work with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo and most other mainstream platforms. If you don’t have one yet, we recommend a platform based on your list size, CRM needs and budget.
What is the difference between a newsletter and an automated email?
A newsletter is sent to a list at a planned time, for example monthly. An automated email is triggered by a contact’s action, such as signing up, downloading a guide or not opening emails for 90 days. Most programmes need both.
How do you keep our emails out of spam?
We check sender authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), clean inactive and invalid contacts, avoid spam-trigger patterns and warm up new sending domains gradually. We also monitor bounce and complaint rates after every send.
Is your email marketing GDPR compliant?
We build it to be: clear consent at sign-up, an easy unsubscribe in every email and data used only for stated purposes. You remain the data controller, and we follow your privacy policy.
What results can email automation deliver?
That depends on your list, offer and sales cycle, so we don’t promise figures. What we measure is clear: open and click rates, conversions and the pipeline or revenue attributed to email, reported monthly.
